SWEDISH MEATBALLS (SERVES 300) 
10 doz. eggs
3 gal. milk
4 loaves (1 1/2 loaves) make into bread crumbs
10 lb. onions, minced
3 lg. butter, butter
1 (4 oz.) poultry seasoning
100 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) pepper
1 c. salt (season to taste)
1 (4 oz.) parsley

Cook the onions in butter until tender. Mix eggs, milk and crumbs into hamburger mixture. Add seasoning, salt, pepper, parsley, and onions. Mix all ingredients together and shape into meatballs. (Use electric skillets to brown meatballs.)

GRAVY:

2 lg. jars beef bouillon (instant)
10 lg. cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar dill weed

Mix in crock pot to keep hot. Mix the drippings and some gravy together and pour over meatballs. Will keep them moist.
