1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Few drops Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Let cool. Marinate sauce and meat overnight. Good on spareribs, pork roast, pork chops. Also good on chicken and venison.
