NO OIL ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla 2 c. shredded zucchini 1 c. crushed pineapple (in own juice) 3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. raisins or walnuts Mix well all ingredients listed in order. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Makes 36 slices. 82 calories each. |
