PORK CHOPS A L'ORANGE 
6 to 8 pork chops
Cooking oil
Paprika
1 to 1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle pork chops with paprika and brown in oil in frying pan. Drain and place in crock pot. Mix orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamon and pour over pork chops. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.

Can also be cooked on top of stove. After browning chops, drain and cover with orange juice mixture. Cover and simmer until chops are done.
