2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
12 potatoes, diced

Boil potatoes until done. Drain. Prepare soup as usual with milk. Add cheese and stir until melted, over low heat. Add cut up dried beef. Pour over potatoes. Stir and ready to eat.
