CHINESE BEEF DINNER 
1/3 to 1/2 lb. beef chunks
4 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
4 oz. can bamboo shoots
4 oz. can water chestnuts
4 oz. can bean sprouts
10 oz. can peas and carrots with liquid
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
4 Cup-A-Soup beef mushroom soup packets
2 c. rice
4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
16 oz. can chow mein noodles

Use 3 or any 2 and the liquid from 1 can.

Slice beef chunks very thin. Bring salt and water to a boil, add rice, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Brown beef while rice cooks. Add soy sauce and liquid from peas and carrots and 1 (4 oz.) can to beef. Simmer beef with liquids and soup packets for 15 minutes.

When rice is about done, add the pineapple and vegetables to the beef. Serve the beef mixture over the chow mein noodles with rice on the side. Serves 4-6.
