BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 peppers, sliced
2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
2 sm. cans canned mushrooms
3 potatoes, diced
3 carrots, diced
3 celery, diced
Eye round roast, cubed
2 c. wine (inexpensive burgundy wine)
Salt and pepper

Cook meat and wine in skillet and simmer until meat is brown. Then add all ingredients and simmer for approximately 2 hours.
