REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER
CUCUMBERS
 
8 c. sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
2 lg. onions, sliced thin
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Put salt over cucumbers and onions and let soak for 2 hours. Drain, but do not rinse. Mix sugar and vinegar to your taste of sweet or sour. Stir in cucumbers and place in containers. Can be refrigerated or frozen up to 1 year.
