BROCCOLI AND RICE 
1 stick butter
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 boxes frozen broccoli or fresh
3 1/2 oz. Minute rice
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans milk
4 oz. cheese or 4 slices

Melt butter in skillet, then add chopped onions. Saute or brown onions. Take off stove, then break in frozen broccoli. Add rice, soup, and milk and mix together. Cut cheese into small pieces and add to mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4-6 servings.
