BROCCOLI AND RICE 
1 c. rice
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 fresh bunch
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs

Cook 1 cup rice as directed on package. Saute 1 onion and 1 stick butter. Cook broccoli. Mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup into sauteed onion. Add broccoli and rice. When mixed well, pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and then bread crumbs lightly on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
