20 MINUTE TAMALE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. corn meal
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced olives
2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Jack cheese
2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (optional)
1 tbsp. chili powder

Brown meat and onion in butter in a large skillet until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, corn, sour cream, corn meal, olives and seasonings. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Serves 6-8.
