BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
6 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix

Mix broccoli, onion, cottage cheese, butter, and eggs. Add cornbread mix. Pour into a greased 13x2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Variation: For a cornbread that is not sweet, substitute 2 (6 oz.) pkgs. of Morrison's corn kits.
