MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped chives
1 stick butter
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Paprika

Peel and boil potatoes, drain and mash with cream cheese, sour cream, chives, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Beat in butter until fluffy. Spoon into 13"x9" casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be made ahead of time, may be frozen.
