12 med. potatoes (boil as for mashed), drained then mashed
8 oz. cream cheese, with chives
8 oz. sour cream with chives
Onion salt

Mash potatoes then add cream cheese and sour cream. Add onion salt to taste. Place mixture in greased casserole. Dot with butter and paprika. Place casserole in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
