BAKED FISH FILLETS | |
2 lb. fish fillets, 1 sole, flounder, any mild fish 1 can cream of shrimp soup 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. grated onion 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/4 crushed round crackers (30) Place fillets in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread with undiluted soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine butter and remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fish. Bake 10 minutes longer. 2 pounds serves 6-8 people. |
