BAKED FISH FILLETS 
2 lbs. fresh or frozen fillets
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 cans cream of cheese soup
2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place fish in greased 9x13 inch loaf pan. Combine onion and soup; pour over fish. Blend crumbs, butter and seasonings. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
