ONION BAKED FISH 
Skinned fillets of 6 lb. fish
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Oil
flour

Cut fish in serving size pieces and roll in flour; place on foil covered cookie sheet. Combine soup mix with enough oil to make 1/2 cup; put on top of fish. Cover with foil; bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Uncover for 15-20 minutes more. Serves 4.
