BAKED FISH FILLETS 
2 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut fillets into serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. enriched flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. dry mustard (or more, if you like)
1 c. milk

Stir white sauce until thickened. Pour this over fillets.

1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 35 minutes. Yields: 6 servings.
