BAKED FISH FILLETS 
2 lb. fish fillets
1/3 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. white wine
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. butter, melted

Sprinkle green onions and mushrooms over the bottom of a greased baking dish. Place fillets on top. Cover with cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle with lemon juice and wine. Drizzle with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
