STEWED TOMATO CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Pepper (to taste)

Place bread slices in greased baking dish (2-quart size), top with slices of cheese and cover with layer of tomatoes; repeat 3 more times. End with tomatoes on top. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper. Pour over layers and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
