AUNTIE CHRIS CASSEROLE 
1 package elbow maccaroni
2 lbs. ground beef
garlic salt
pepper
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef in a skillet, add garlic salt and pepper to taste.

Add in one chopped onion and one chopped green pepper.

In a separate pot, boil maccaroni noodles until soft. Add one can stewed tomatoes and one can cream of mushroom soup to the ground beef mixture.

Let simmer until onions and green peppers are soft.

Drain noodles and combine ground beef mixture with the noodles.

Pour into a casserole dish and cover with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
