PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. raw rice
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. onions
2 tbsp. green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 whole cloves

Rinse rice and drain. Combine rice, onion, pepper, salt, celery salt and garlic. Add beef and mix gently. Shape into small balls, 2 inch diameter.

Combine tomato juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon and cloves in electric skillet. Bring to boil and add meatballs. Reduce heat and cook 50 minutes.
