VEGE ROAST 
1 lg. onion
4 to 5 slices whole wheat bread cubed
1 stick butter

Saute onion in butter until tender about 5 minutes, add cubed bread (watch so it doesn't burn).

1 (19 oz.) can Vege Burger
4 oz. grated sharp cheese
4 eggs (large size)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Pour in sauteed onion and bread mixture. Mix well, put in greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

Take 1/2 cup ketchup, 3 tablespoons brown sugar and beat until lumps are dissolved. Spread over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Vege Burger can be replaced with 1 1/2 cup Vita Burger granules and 1 1/2 cup hot water.
