1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 sm. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Pat out firm, wrap bacon strips around each patty, and place toothpicks around patty to hold firmly. Cook on gas grill or charcoal grill real slow until done to taste.
