SQUASH FOR KIDS 
Melt 1 stick of butter in electric skillet. Add 6 or 7 medium potatoes, sliced, 1 small onion, cut up and 5 small yellow squash, cut up. Cook, turning mixture until slightly brown and tender. To top of the vegetables, add 2 cans green beans, drained, and 1 can tomato wedges.

Do not stir, cover and cook about 30 minutes. At the end of 30 minutes, turn electric skillet off and add to top of vegetables, 1 package of sharp cheddar cheese, cover and let cheese melt through, about 5 minutes. Serve with cornbread. The kid's will love to eat squash this way.
