CHICKEN CONTINENTAL 
1 chicken, cut in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 tsp. dried onion
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. celery flakes
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 1/3 c. water
2/3 c. rice
Paprika, garnish

Or 2 cups water and 1 cup rice.

Remove extra skin from chicken (makes for less fat). Brown chicken in oven 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Garnish with paprika, salt and pepper. Take chicken out; drain fat. Mix all ingredients in pan. Put chicken back in pan on top of ingredients. Garnish with paprika. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes. Cover, bake an additional 15 minutes.
