PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. pumpkin spice

Mix persimmon pulp with other ingredients in a large bowl, about 3 to 4 minutes. butter should be melted (room temperature). Bake at 350 degrees in a Pyrex dish (9 x 12 inches deep) for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
