INDIAN SUMMER PUDDING 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c.)
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs

Mix and press into bottom of greased 9x13 pan. 1 can evaporated milk 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or a mixture of 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix and pour over crust. 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. butter

Mix and crumble over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Good at Thanksgiving for a group instead of pumpkin pie.
