HAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. onion soup mix
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-3 c. diced cooked ham (3 c. is better)
1/3 c. chopped green pepper

1. Mix all ingredients and put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

2. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.

3. Dot with butter.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6 large portions.
