CHOCOLATE PIE 
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
Pie shell

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa together well in top of double boiler. Add beaten egg yolks. Add evaporated milk, vanilla and butter.

Cook in double boiler until it thickens. It will not get real thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with meringue. Bake at 325 degrees until brown. It is better with meringue, however, mine is usually a disaster so I use whipped cream instead.
