TANGY GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
Green beans

Combine mustard, sugar, butter and salt. Heat slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice and vinegar. Heat, do not boil. Serve over green beans.
