GOLDEN POTATO WEDGES | |
4 med. size unpeeled, scrubbed potatoes, each cut into 10-12 wedges 1 tsp. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Place potatoes in shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with oil and all ingredients except cheese. Stir to coat potatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 8-10 minutes, stirring to redistribute potatoes twice. Sprinkle with cheese and microwave on high 1-2 minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving. |
