GOLDEN POTATO WEDGES 
4 med. size, unpeeled, scrubbed, all-purpose potatoes
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cut each potato into 10-12 wedges, or 4 medium size baking potatoes, cut in 4 long wedges each.

Place potatoes in shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave safe baking or serving dish. Sprinkle with oil and remaining ingredients except cheese. Stir to coat potatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 8-10 minutes, stirring to redistribute potatoes twice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and microwave on high 1-2 minutes longer. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Potatoes will be tender and cheese melted. Makes 4 servings. Per servings: 163 cal, 56 g pro, 32 g car, 2 g fat, 2 mg chol, 26 mg sodium.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
