HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR 
1 3/4 c. favorite liqueur (whiskey, brandy, rum, bourbon)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. whipping cream or light cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve over ice, if desired. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Can be stored for 1 month. Stir before serving. Makes 5 cups.
