2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 can peaches, drained

Dissolve 1 package of Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add ice cream. Pour into mold and chill until semi-firm. Top with peaches. Dissolve 1 package Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water. Jell until egg white consistency. Pour over peaches. Chill until firm.
