LEMON JELLO WITH PEACHES | |
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup 1 pkg. lemon Jello Dash salt 1/4 c. sugar 2 c. boiling water 1/4 tsp. almond extract 8 oz. Cool Whip Drain peaches and reserve 2/3 cup syrup. Chop peaches into bite size pieces. Dissolve Jello, sugar and salt in boiling water. Add reserved syrup. Chill until slightly thickened. (Big mixing bowl about 1 hour). Blend almond extract into Cool Whip. Gradually blend into Jello mixture. Fold peaches in. |
