BULGOGI AND RICE (ORIENTAL
CHICKEN & RICE)
 
1 lb. beef steak or chicken
Green onion
Fresh garlic
Black pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Pinch salt
1/2 c. 7 - Up or sugar

Chop the green onion and garlic into small pieces. Add small amount of black pepper. Cut the beef or chicken into small pieces. Put all ingredients into bowl and marinate at least 1 hour or overnight. Grill or bake next day until desired tenderness. Serve with or over rice.
