PEACH JELLO PIE 
Mix and cook until clear 1 1/3 cups water, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Remove from heat and add 1 package peach Jello. Let cool slightly then add 1 1/2 pints of sliced peaches. You may add more peaches if desired. Put in baked pie crust and refrigerate. Top with whipped cream.
