3 (6 oz.) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (16 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Place chips and marshmallows in large bowl. Combine rest of ingredients in a large pan (except vanilla) and bring to a boil. Boil for 6 minutes stirring constantly! Pour boiling mixture and vanilla into chips and marshmallows. Stir until everything melts. Pour into a buttered (Pam works well also) pan and let sit for several hours before cutting.
