LOUISIANA FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter and cocoa in small sauce pan over low heat. Mix together eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, nuts, and salt. Add cocoa and butter. Beat well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not remove from pan.

TOPPING:

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 lb. powdered sugar

Place marshmallows on top of hot cake. Melt cocoa and butter over low heat. Mix with powdered sugar, vanilla, milk, and salt. Beat well. Drizzle over marshmallows, sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Let cool before removing from the pan.
