4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate bits
1 to 2 c. nuts pieces
2 c. mini marshmallows

In large pan, stir together first 4 ingredients. Bring to boil, let boil EXACTLY 11 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add last 3 ingredients. Stir until smooth and blended. Pour into buttered pan. Let cool at room temperature. Makes 5 pounds candy.
