SUMMER SAUSAGE | |
4 lbs. lean hamburger 1/4 c. Tender Quick 1 tbsp. course pepper 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix hamburger and "Tender Quick". Refrigerate overnight. Add rest of ingredients. Roll into four 2 inch round rolls. Bake (slow) at 225 degrees for 4 1/2 hours, turning a little each hour. Slice. Serve with crackers for snack. |
