PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. broken pretzels 3/4 c melted butter 3 tsp. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft 1 c. sugar 1 sm. container Cool Whip 2 c. water 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries Mix pretzels, butter and sugar together. Flatten in a 13"x9" pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees; cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping, spread over pretzel mixture and chill in refrigerator. Boil water and dissolve gelatin in water. Add frozen strawberries. Mix until berries are separated. Let set slightly in refrigerator. Pour over cheese mixture. Return to refrigerator until set. |
