SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 med. onion
3 slices crustless partly-dried bread
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. parsley

In a bowl, take eggs and milk, beat them together. Add crustless bread and soak until soft. Mix in the rest of ingredients and mix well. Form small balls then brown in skillet. Next, put in baking dish in a slow oven for about 1 hour.

One tablespoon of meat makes 1 good size meat ball.
