3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
8 lg. marshmallows

Mix first 5 ingredients. Form into balls around a marshmallow. Place on buttered pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees until lightly browned and marshmallows begin to ooze.
