3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. lemon rind (grated)
Lg. marshmallows
Corn flakes

Form into balls a marshmallow in corn flakes (may be frozen). Bake in a 350 degree oven until heated through.
