1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. head cabbage, sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Bread dough recipe, prepared, or can use frozen

Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add onion, cabbage, salt and pepper. Cook until cabbage is tender. Drain mixture well. Roll out bread dough. Cut into six 5 x 7 inch squares. Divide meat mixture evenly on dough. Bring 4 corners together and seal edges. Turn over, place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Let rise 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, brush tops with melted butter.

These are delicious. I have made with all white flour or 1/2 whole wheat / 1/2 white flour. My family loves them.
