1 c. boiling water
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. sugar
2 c. powdered milk

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend well. Refrigerate. Milk will thicken as it cools. Makes 3 cups. 1 1/3 cups = 1 can of commercial brand.
