1 c. instant powdered milk
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
A dash of salt

Combine ingredients in blender 3 to 4 minutes. This recipe is equivalent to a 14 ounce can of regular sweetened condensed milk.
