MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
3 c. self-rising meal
3 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream-style corn
1 med. onion, chopped
1 mango chopped
6 banana peppers (hot)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 2/3 c. milk (1/2 sweet & 1/2 buttermilk)

Mix all ingredients and bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
